The Steve Guerra Big Band plays holiday classics arranged by members of the Frost Studio Jazz Writing Program and associated faculty. This concert serves as a fundraiser for the program which supports guest artists, new equipment, and student experiences.

Stephen Guerra's Holiday Concert
The 3rd annual holiday concert returns with new arrangements of holiday classics, including a sing-along for the first time! Selections showcase music representing Christmas traditions from around the world.
Teens and young adults ages 13-22 can buy tickets for $5 using the button below. With the purchase of one $5 ticket for someone within the age range, a second $5 ticket can be purchased for an individual of any age to join them.

Juno Award-winning trumpet player Ingrid Jensen is an in-demand musician and composer who has performed with a multi-generational cast of jazz and pop stars, including Clark Terry, Esperanza Spalding, and Sarah McLachlan. She joins the Frost Studio Jazz Band on compositions written by Stephen Guerra, her sister Christine Jensen, and herself.

Guest Clinician - NHBDA Jazz Band Clinic
The NHBDA Jazz Clinic is a non-competitive event featuring:
- the observation of several different participating jazz bands.
- sectional master classes.
- jazz ensemble clinics.
- a performance by the festival clinicians.
Emphasis is placed on ensemble development through observation, listening, and clinics by experts.
